A Division is a primary risk category and features in the profile report as a heat map.

The below image is a heat map of a customer profile showing divisions of (a) customer type, (b) product or service, (c) account activity, (d) geography and (e) risk perception.

In risk terminology, a Division is a Key Risk Indicator.

For each profile module, there are five primary Divisions.

For each Division there can be any number of Data Inputs (risk influences).

Data Inputs are drivers or elements influencing the risk status of Divisions.

Further information on Data Inputs can be found in the Manage Data chapter.
