STEP 1

An email will be sent to you asking that you set your password. Follow instructions on screen.

STEP 2

Clicking on the link, 'login here', will take you to the site myaml360.com.

.

STEP 3

Enter your email and password.
Click 'Submit'.

STEP 4

Once logged in, click on the profile icon.

STEP 5

Use the dropdown on right side of the menu bar and select 'Business Risk'. Depending on your selection at time of registration, this may show as (a) AML Risks - Legal, or (b) AML Risks - Accounting or (c) AML Risks - Real Estate, (d) AML Risks - Banking.

STEP 6

Click 'Continue'.

STEP 7

Next, enter the email address that you wish to receive the results.

STEP 8

Enter a unique ID for the risk profile.

Your Unique ID becomes permanent and will show on all ongoing updates. Therefore you should not use a date or year reference in the Unique ID.

For a business risk assessment, AML360 advises that you use an ID that does not identify your business.

For a product/service risk assessment, enter the name of the product/service and use three words or less for the name description. The AML360 Product/Services Risk Register will list the products in alphabetical order.

For a Geography Risk Assessment enter the name of the country.

STEP 9

Proceed through and use the dropdown box to select the most relevant data.

STEP 10

Mandatory - when you see a question icon next to the data request (as illustrated above) you must place your cursor over the icon and follow instructions. Questions requiring a self-rating of inherent risks requires you to enter detail on the reasons why you chose that rating. Failing to do so may result in the risk assessment being rated 'invalid' by your AML supervisor or AML auditor.

STEP 11

You should click on 'Notes' and provide exact or approximate data. This assists independent third parties, such as auditors and the AML supervisor, to be well informed of your business and its operations.

STEP 12

As you progress through the assessment, you should from time to time click on 'Save'. This will prevent loss of any completed work.

If you logout, you can continue from where you last saved by clicking on the 'Saved' report from the dropdown list.

STEP 13

On the final page, click 'calculate'.

IMPORTANT

After clicking 'calculate' the page will load with results. A loading icon will display on screen (see Figure 1).

Wait until the page is fully loaded before exiting out of the page. Exiting out of the page before the page is fully loaded may result in the risk report not populating to your risk register.

STEP 14

The results will be displayed on screen with a printable copy sent to the email address provided, incorporating a risk report, heat maps and a guidance manual.
