Undertaking a product risk evaluation will assist your business to more readily identify higher risk transactions and/or account activity.

You will receive an email asking that you set your password.

Click on the link.

The link will open up a new page.

Enter email and password:

Click on the profile icon:

Select 'Product Risk' from dropdown box, then click "Continue".

Enter the email address where the results should be sent. Click "Next".

Enter the product/service name. Click "Next".

Proceed through and respond to each data query by selecting a self-rating.

For each data query you can click on the "Note" button and provide precise information which allows a third party to understand the nature of the product/service.

To prevent loss of completed work, from time-to-time click on the 'Save' button at top of the screen:

When logging back in, click on the risk module displaying 'Saved'.

Proceed through and answer every data query, then click 'Calculate'.

The results will be displayed on screen, as well as a copy of the report and heat maps sent to the email address entered at the start of the evaluation.

You can also view results from your product risk register by going to the Home page, selecting the profile icon, and clicking on Product Risk Report from the dropdown menu.
